About CERUKplus
Information for the database is gathered in a variety of ways including:
- An annual questionnaire to all major children's services and educational research establishments
- Submission forms from researchers, commissioning or funding organisations
- Trawling of relevant web sites and direct approaches to organisations
Information for each piece of research includes title, aims, methods, funder, sponsor, approximate start and end dates, and details of the researchers/supervisors. Publications are included if details are available.
In terms of quality control - only information supplied by researchers themselves or that which is available in the public domain is included on the database. However inclusion on the database is not a guarantee of the quality of the research.
The database can be searched by title, keyword or by free text word or phrase. For CERUKplus search tips click here.
To ensure that CERUKplus provides comprehensive cover of current research - it depends on members of the research community submitting details of their research. Is your research included on the database?
